Not ready for a project? Each pack is a set of reports and dashboards for one part of your sales process, built for Salesforce Professional Edition and up, that you install yourself. Every pack includes Rep-Level Personal reports so team members can track their own numbers, and a guide on how to act on what the reports show.

Built to stay out of your way

Your org already has years of fields, reports and habits in it. The packs are built so nothing collides with what's there.

  • Every field and component included is labeled to avoid collision with any already-existing ones of the same name.
  • Nothing changes your existing fields or data.
  • Switch off any components you don't want.
  • Works on Professional Edition and up.

Questions

Do I have to sign a retainer?

No. Every custom build is a single project with a written scope and a fixed price. When it's done, it's done. If you need something else later, that's a new project, priced the same way.

How long does it take to get a price?

You'll have a written scope and fixed price within 2 to 5 business days of the intro call, depending on the size of the project.

Which Salesforce editions do the packs work with?

Professional Edition and up.

Will installing a pack change or overwrite anything in my org?

No. Everything a pack adds is labeled so it can't collide with what you already have, and nothing changes the data in your existing fields.

Do I need a Salesforce admin to install it?

You need someone with admin permissions in your org, but not a dedicated admin. The install guide walks through every step. Most packs take about 30 minutes to install and set up.

Do the packs use any flows?

Only Leads & Top of Funnel, which uses one record-triggered flow. Professional Edition allows five active flows of each type, so check what you already have running before you buy that pack. Each product page lists its flow count, and the install guide shows how to check.

Are there any automations?

A little, where it makes the reports trustworthy. Some packs make sure key deal details get filled in, like a reason on every lost deal, and the Leads pack records when each lead is first worked. Each pack's page says what it does, and any of it can be switched off after install.

Can I change the reports after I install them?

Yes. Once installed, they're regular reports and dashboards in your org. Edit them, clone them or delete what you don't need.

I bought one pack. Can I upgrade to all four?

Upgrade credits aren't automatic. Get in touch and we'll look at your order.
