Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Report packs and the four-pack bundle come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for your org, email elijah@logicnerds.net within 30 days of purchase from the address you used to buy, and you'll get a full refund of what you paid for it. You don't have to give a reason, though it helps to hear one.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They're issued within 5 business days of your request, and your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show them.

When you ask for a refund, please uninstall the product from your org. The install guide shows how.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

  • Custom builds. Refund terms for custom projects are set out in each project's proposal and contract.
  • Bundles. The four-pack bundle is refunded as a whole, not pack by pack.

Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a report pack or the four-pack bundle from logicnerds.net. Logic Nerds is operated by Elijah Mattox, a sole proprietor doing business as Logic Nerds (“Logic Nerds,” “we” or “us”).

What you're buying

Each product is a Salesforce unmanaged package plus its documentation. After payment, we email an install link and setup instructions to the address you used at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

License

You may install and use a product in the Salesforce orgs your company owns, including sandboxes, and change it however you like once it's installed. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the package or its documentation, or offer it as part of a product or service for other companies.

Compatibility and your responsibilities

  • Products require Salesforce Professional Edition or higher.
  • Some products include flows and validation rules. Each product page lists what's included. It's your responsibility to confirm your org has room for the flows before you buy, and to review what the product adds before relying on it.
  • Installing in a sandbox first is recommended. Keep your own backups of your Salesforce data.

Updates and support

Products are sold as they are on the date of purchase. Because they're unmanaged packages, they don't receive automatic updates, and future versions aren't included. Questions about installing a product are answered by email for 30 days after purchase. Ongoing administration, changes to your org and custom work aren't included, and are available as custom projects.

Custom builds

Custom projects are governed by the written proposal and contract for each project, not by these terms.

Warranty and liability

Products are provided as described on their product pages and otherwise “as is,” without any other warranty. To the extent the law allows, Logic Nerds isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or lost revenue, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Salesforce

Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Logic Nerds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce. Salesforce features, editions and limits are set by Salesforce and can change.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in place when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

What we collect

  • When you buy: your name, email address, company name and billing details, collected through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • When you get in touch: whatever you include in emails you send us.
  • When you book a call: the name, email and meeting details you enter in the booking page, which runs on Google Calendar.
  • When you browse the site: usage data collected by Google Analytics, described below.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. It doesn't give us your name or contact details. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site doesn't respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Your Salesforce data

Our products run entirely inside your Salesforce org. They don't send your data anywhere, and we can't see it. For custom projects, we access your org only with your permission and only for the work you've asked for.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, answer your questions, schedule calls and keep the records required for tax and accounting. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the above work: Stripe for payments, our email provider, and Google for call bookings and site analytics. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted on request.

Your choices

Email elijah@logicnerds.net to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
